Gardens and flowers captivate me and provide subjects of joyful color, catching light and shadow and providing intricate forms and line. I have cultivated gardens to have them as a ready subject outside my window. Painting my gardens, bouquets and arrangements of fruit are fundamental pleasures and a great joy to depict.
